Download the first EP “Striate” from RAW.
While encapsulating the visual and auditory features of digital media, the two songs in this EP are integrating diversified elements of rhythmic patterns, signal processing, resampling and sound architecture in a minimalist music setting. Unlike conventional music production methods,mixing and editing of songs have been executed by utilizing algorithmic approaches. Moreover, RAW shares the pleasure of distributing the computer codes that have been written for making this debut EP as an open source.

Striate, minimalist müzik anlayışı çerçevesinde ritim, sinyalişleme, yeniden örnekleme ve ses mimarisini bütünleştirirken, dijital medyanın da görsel ve işitsel mirasını beraberinde taşıyor. Şarkıların mikslenmesi ve düzenlemesi geleneksel yöntemlerden farklı olarak algoritmik yaklaşımlarla yapıldı! Grup albümle birlikte EP'deki şarkıları hazırlarken yazdıkları kodları açık kaynak olarak dinleyicilerle de paylaşacak. Albüm lansman konseri yarın akşam (22 Aralık Cumartesi) Mecra Kadıköy’de!
